This meal is a gastronomic creation infused with the flavors of our mountains and lakes.

It is the encounter with our producers, farmers, winemakers, ceramists, and many others with whom we work hand in hand. It is the meeting of those who leave a lasting impression on both the place and the spirit.

It is an ode to the Savoyard and transalpine terroir, telling stories with the scents of spruce and génépi.

Our home welcomes you from December the 12th 2024 to May the 12th 2025, from May 22nd to June the 9th 2025 and from June the 27th to September the 15th 2025.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner from Friday to Monday.

Weekly closing on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for lunch.
