The Table

This meal is a gastronomic creation infused with the flavors of our mountains and lakes.

It is the encounter with our producers, farmers, winemakers, ceramists, and many others with whom we work hand in hand. It is the meeting of those who leave a lasting impression on both the place and the spirit.

It is an ode to the Savoyard and transalpine terroir, telling stories with the scents of spruce and génépi.

Admire this region we cherish so much and let yourself be guided through this unique menu, available in 6 or 8 courses.

For lunch only, we also offer a menu in 4 courses.

Our home closes its doors from  September the 15th to October the 15th included. And It will welcomes you from October the 16th to December the 6th and then from the 12th of December 2025.

The restaurant is open on Tuesday, Friday and Monday for dinner only and for lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday.
