We kindly ask you to bid farewell to your cozy little nest by 11 a.m. at the latest.
For any departure before 8 am, please inform the reception the day before your departure.
If you want to leave the village at the end of the day to enjoy one last walk, we will keep your luggage warm.

Terms of cancelation
Any reservation at the La Ferme de Cupelin hotel is considered final following receipt of the deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay by credit card or 100% by bank transfer or cheque.
In the event of cancellation of stay, and even if we understand the reasons forcing you to give up your visit (family, COVID, health pass, weather, etc.), we can however neither take charge of them nor be held responsible for them. . In case of late cancellation, we will send you a cancellation invoice to send to your insurance. A cancellation insurance service has been set up for reservations via our website. In case of reservation via another platform or telephone, do not hesitate to ask to take out cancellation insurance.
- From 15 to 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- Less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged as well as a no-show fee (40 euros).
